Privacy Policy
Livio Vietnam Company (“Livio”, “we”, “us”) develops and operates the Valuer mobile application (the “App”) and the web platform valuer.livio.vn, which support the property valuation operations of our business customers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use, store, share and protect it, in accordance with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and other applicable laws.
1. Scope
Valuer is a business (B2B) application. Users are employees of valuation companies that have a service agreement with Livio. The App does not offer self sign-up; accounts are created and managed by your company’s administrator. Your company is the controller of business data created in the App; Livio processes that data on its behalf, and acts as controller for the account and technical data needed to run the service.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Account data
- Username, full name, email address, phone number, avatar (optional), business unit and role, provided by your company when your account is created.
2.2 Business data you create in the App
- Valuation requests, contracts, appraised and comparable properties, preliminary quotes and field-survey forms.
- Photos and videos of properties and legal documents taken with the camera or chosen from your library; files (PDF, Word, Excel, …) attached from the device.
- Audio recordings of voice notes during surveys (only when you tap record).
- Precise location (GPS coordinates) of surveyed properties and your current position when you use map features or record a survey location.
- Contact details of customers or property owners that you enter into a file. You and your company are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter third-party data.
2.3 Device and technical data
- An app-generated random device identifier (UUID, not IMEI or serial number), device model, OS version, App version.
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- IP address, timestamps and content of requests to our servers (server logs).
- Crash and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics): stack traces, device state at crash time, internal user ID.
- Usage data (Firebase Analytics): in-app interaction events linked to an internal user ID, used to improve the product. Not used for advertising.
- Local logs: the App writes diagnostic logs to the device. They stay on your device and are only sent if you explicitly choose “Send logs” in your Profile.
2.4 Data we do not collect
- We do not collect your contacts, messages, call history, health, biometric or personal financial data.
- We do not track location in the background; location is read only while you use a feature that needs it.
- We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Device permissions

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (authentication, syncing valuation files, storing photos, files, recordings and survey locations, generating reports) under the service agreement between Livio and your company.
- Notifications about assigned work, approvals and survey schedules.
- Operations and security: access logs, error detection, preventing unauthorised access, backups (our legitimate interest in running a stable, secure service).
- Product improvement: crash analysis and aggregated usage statistics.
- Legal compliance: record-keeping required by valuation and accounting laws, and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
5. Sharing
- Your company: all business data you create belongs to your company and is accessible to its administrators and authorised colleagues according to their permissions.
- Service providers processing data on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above:

- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, data may be transferred to the successor, bound by this policy.
Some providers (such as Google Firebase) operate servers outside Vietnam. Cross-border transfers are carried out in accordance with Vietnamese law on cross-border transfer of personal data and the providers’ security commitments.
6. Storage and retention
- Account and business data are stored on Livio servers located in Vietnam for as long as your company uses the service and for the retention periods required by law for valuation records.
- Server access logs: up to 12 months. Firebase crash and usage data: Google’s default retention (Crashlytics 90 days, Analytics up to 14 months).
- On your device, the App stores the session token in the OS secure store (Keychain / Android Keystore), plus cached data and local logs. Signing out or uninstalling removes them.
7. Security
- All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Session tokens are kept in Keychain / Android Keystore; OS cloud backup of app data is disabled.
- Role-based access control, audit logs, restricted staff access to production data, and regular backups.
- No system is perfectly secure. Please protect your password and device, and tell us or your administrator immediately if you suspect your account is compromised.
8. Your rights
Under Vietnamese law you have the right to be informed, to consent, to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to complain and claim damages regarding your personal data. Because your account is managed by your company, please contact your company administrator first; you may also contact us directly (section 12). We respond within 72 hours of receiving a valid request. Some rights (e.g. deleting valuation records) may be limited by statutory retention duties or your company’s rights over business data.
9. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data by either (see Delete account & data for details):
- asking your company administrator to disable/delete your account in the admin console; or
- emailing info@livio.vn with the subject “Delete Valuer account”, including your username and registered email.
Within 30 days of verifying the request we delete or anonymise your account data (name, email, phone, avatar, device tokens, analytics data). Valuation records, photos and documents you created at work belong to your company and are retained as required by law, but no longer linked to your identity beyond what is needed for professional accountability.
10. Children
The App is intended for working adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with its effective date; for material changes we will notify you in the App or through your company. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
